Training Tip: The eccentric part of the movement (on the way down) is just as important as the positive. Controlling the weight on the way down causes more muscles damage furthermore leading to greater growth. Time under tension is key to hypertrophy, don't rush the exercise! Try to take 3-4 seconds on the negative portion of the exercise.
