  1. 2.       Evaluation/Assessment

So we need to know where you at right now? Without knowing this, designing an exercise regime and diet/supplementation protocol is impossible! If you have never been evaluated or assessed then why are you doing your current programme?

General health screening questionnaire – Ever wondered what happens to these when you filled them in at your last gym? Chances are they got filed and are gathering dust in a filing cabinet somewhere... We like to really analyse this information as there are often hidden gems of information, these will give us clues on how to approach and design your training and particularly nutrition programme for Fat loss or muscle gain or whatever your goal may be.

We may even recommend referring you to one of our specialist partners to help us drill down to issues that may be slowing your progress.

 

Body fat analysis – through this we can give you a full picture of your muscle mass and fat mass and it allows us to show you a more accurate picture of your progress as the weeks go on.

Measurements – Again this provides us with vital information for your ongoing progress and how your body shape is changing for the better.

Nutrition - We analyse your current nutrition habits to help identify where you have been going wrong in the past and how we can correct this for the future!

Assessment – When was the last time you where assessed? If you haven’t been how do you know if you have improved? On this package an assessment will be carried out every 4 weeks (minimum) and your training and diet will be adjusted accordingly to make sure that you are still moving in the right direction, towards your goals!

  1. 3.       Programme Design/Progression

Have you ever met someone who says they exercise week after week, month after month, even year after year and aren't getting any new results?

Implementation/Smart training & Diet principles

We teach you the components of training and nutrition and why you are doing them. Everything we teach you can and will be explained by our coaches. We don’t believe in aimlessly bullying you round the gym until you can’t walk or talk, or giving you a low /zero carb diet plan that wouldn’t sustain a fly’s growth! 

We take the smart approach to training and nutrition. Training like a bull in a china shop or lifting so heavy that your head may explode, isn’t always the best approach especially for beginners. However do expect to be trained to your limit!

 

 

4. Coaching

We class this service of personal training more as coaching, almost every self-help book ever written talks about the critical importance of having a coach/mentor. A coach is an experienced and trusted counsellor or teacher.
