Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Please return all unworn/unopened items (including tags and bags) to the address found on the top left hand corner of your invoice (up to 21 days from purchase date.)

We would always recommend using a fully track and insured postal service to send any items back to us as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. We'd recommend us a Royal Mail Recorded service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty or a substitution has been made. As soon as we receive the items back in stock we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been received, please contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed via email or phone to avoid the item being despatched. If the item is already on its way then you must follow the returns procedure above

If you purchase a service provided by us you have 7 days from the date you sign the contract to change your mind. You will need to notify us in writing with your reason for cancellation.
